Is EliteLnk really free?+
Yes! EliteLnk has a fully functional free plan that includes up to 5 links, standard themes, and basic analytics. You can upgrade to Pro anytime for advanced features.
What is my EliteLnk URL?+
Your EliteLnk URL is elitelnk.com/yourusername. You can share this link anywhere — Instagram bio, TikTok, Twitter, email, business cards, and more.
Account
Can I change my username?+
Yes, you can change your username once every 30 days from your Account Settings. Note that your old URL will no longer work after the change, so update any links you have shared.
Can I have multiple EliteLnk profiles?+
Each account supports one EliteLnk profile. If you need to manage multiple profiles (e.g., for a brand or team), consider upgrading to an Enterprise plan.
How do I delete my account?+
Go to Account Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
Billing & Pro
How does the 7-day free trial work?+
When you start a Pro subscription, you get 7 days free with no charge. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed. After the trial, the plan renews automatically.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription anytime?+
Absolutely. You can cancel from Account Settings → Subscription at any time. You'll keep Pro access until the end of the billing period.
Do you offer refunds?+
We offer refunds within 7 days of a charge if you're not satisfied. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and UPI for Indian users. Payments are processed securely via our payment provider.
Technical
Can I use a custom domain with EliteLnk?+
Yes, custom domains are available on the Pro plan. You can connect your own domain (e.g., links.yourbrand.com) from the Domain Settings in your dashboard.
Does EliteLnk have an API?+
Yes, API access is available on the Enterprise plan. Contact us to learn more about API integration and documentation.
How do I connect Instagram or TikTok?+
In your Profile Settings, you can add social media handles that display as icons on your profile. Full OAuth integration is available for analytics on the Pro plan.
