We champion the right of creators to express themselves freely. We only restrict content that is clearly harmful, illegal, or violates the rights of others — never for political, religious, or ideological reasons.
Privacy as a Right
We believe privacy is a fundamental human right. We never sell user data, minimize collection, and give users meaningful control over their information.
Non-Discrimination
EliteLnk is for everyone. We do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

We are committed to making EliteLnk accessible to creators in all countries, including those in developing economies. We offer a free tier so anyone can participate.
Responsible Supply Chain
We only partner with vendors who share our commitment to ethical labor practices and human rights standards — no exceptions.
Due Process for Users
Every content removal or account action follows a defined, fair process. Users may appeal any decision made against their account.
Content We Do Not Allow
While we support free expression, some content is incompatible with basic human dignity. EliteLnk prohibits:
- ✕Content that incites violence or hatred against individuals or groups
- ✕Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance
- ✕Content designed to harass, bully, or threaten individuals
- ✕Deliberate disinformation that could cause public harm
- ✕Glorification or promotion of human trafficking
Grievance Mechanism
If you believe your rights have been violated by any action taken by EliteLnk, you have the right to appeal. Submit a detailed description of your concern to our team and we will respond within 5 business days.
