Refund & Cancellation Policy

At EliteLnk, we want you to be happy with your subscription. This policy explains when and how you can cancel your plan or request a refund.

Free Trial
EliteLnk Pro includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. No charge during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be billed. After the trial, your plan converts automatically to paid.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel at any time from Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- You retain Pro access until the period ends.
- After that, your account moves to the Free plan.
- We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods.

Refund Eligibility
✅ Eligible for Refund
- Request raised within 7 days of initial subscription or renewal.
- Verified technical issues on our end that prevented service use.
- Duplicate charges due to a billing error.
❌ Not Eligible for Refund
- Requests made more than 7 days after the charge date.
- Dissatisfaction after extended use.
- Forgetting to cancel before renewal.
- Account suspended due to Terms violations.

Annual Plans
Refunds for annual plans are available within 7 days of purchase. After this window, we do not refund the remaining months, but you may still cancel to prevent future renewals.

How to Request a Refund
Email billing@elitelnk.com with:
- Your registered email address.
- The date of charge.
- Reason for the refund request.
We typically respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
